K49 it’s a small electronic cabinet lock for showcases, lockers, drawers, etc, with integrated proximity reader and power supply for about 30.000 cycles using one 3V lithium battery. With these features the new generation of electronic furniture locks proves that furniture locks can be both invisible and simple to install and to operate.
This device has two components, the electronic device (which it’s installed in the door) and the latch (which it’s installed in the frame of the furniture). When the door was closed, the latch goes into the electronic device and lock the door. To open the door it’s only necessary an authorized proximity card.
