KLESCO,S.L reserves the right to modify product prices without prior notice.

For purchase orders whose net amount does not exceed 60 Euros, the price to be invoiced will be the one reflected in the rate.

The prices that appear in the rate do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), or any other type of tax.

The technical specifications described in technical sheets, as well as those in our catalogues, publications, advertising brochures, etc., are for informational purposes.

Since our technical departments constantly strive to improve the quality and performance of our products, as well as that of our clients, KLESCO,SL. reserves the right to modify without prior notice the technical characteristics of the products that appear therein.

The prices of our materials correspond to free material in our warehouses. In case of shipment, the goods will travel at the expense and risk of the customer.

Materials delivered as a deposit or for testing will be invoiced 15 days from the date of delivery of the material.

All material returns must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted for products that are not delivered in perfect working order, with their original packaging, with their assembly instructions and manuals, as well as all parts, pieces and accessories in perfect condition. Otherwise KLESCO,SL. will not accept any returns.

If these requirements are met, a credit will be issued to deduct from the next invoice the value of the returned merchandise minus 30%.

KLESCO,SL. reserves the right to accept a return and is exempt from all liability for damage caused, directly or indirectly, to people or property by the installations carried out with the materials or equipment it sells, understanding that the installer is aware of the legal limitations and standards established for their installation.

Guarantee: Our materials are covered by a guarantee of 1 to 5 years, depending on the type of material.

KLESCO,SL will repair defective material that is within the warranty period as long as it is a manufacturing defect and not due to misuse of the part or assembly defect. In any case, the materials will be repaired once the defective merchandise has been received in our workshops.

Materials that have been improperly handled will be excluded from any type of guarantee.

Jurisdiction: Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction and domicile, expressly submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona for any conflict that may arise as a result of this sale.
